Rivera's house is lit by a generator, purchased in and shipped from Florida by his son Josue Rivera, after Hurricane Maria.   Bo Cieneguestos, a community of approximately 200 population according to Rivera,  have not had electricity since Hurricane Irma.  Residents use generators to have electricity at night.  Cost of running of electricity at night is about 200 dollars per a month.
